Special Guardianship Order (SGO) Assessments
E O Brown Social Care Ltd delivers comprehensive Form F fostering assessments for Local Authorities and independent fostering agencies. Our assessments are conducted by experienced social workers registered with Social Work England, ensuring professional rigour and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Our Approach
SGO assessments require careful evaluation of whether a special guardianship arrangement will provide a child with the stability and care they need throughout their childhood. We assess the proposed guardian's understanding of the child's needs, their capacity to provide long-term care, and the support networks available to sustain the placement.

Court-Ready Reports
Our reports provide clear, balanced recommendations that assist courts in determining whether an SGO is in the child's best interests. We present evidence objectively, highlight strengths and concerns, and ensure the child's voice is central to our analysis.
