E O Brown Social Care Limited is founded by Elizabeth Brown, a qualified social worker and Practice Educator. Elizabeth has worked in the frontline providing social work intervention to families whose children are at risk of abuse and neglect. She also has over 14 years of experience in fostering and includes recruiting suitable people who have the potential, experience and skills to care for vulnerable children and young people. She also facilitates skills to foster training and assess prospective foster carers. Just before the birth of EO Brown Social Care, She was working in the Surrey County Council family and friends’ team. Through her fostering posts, Elizabeth has come to appreciate the challenge that the Local Authority endure placing young people and identified that not every young person wants to be in a family setting. If placed in a structured semi-independent placement where they feel supported, these young people usually achieve a positive outcome.  Elizabeth was inspired by her various experience to set up a semi-independent where young people can turn their life around, feel belonging, achieve their potential and develop into confident and responsible citizens.

EO Brown Social Care provides 24hr supported accommodation that promotes the security and enhanced sense of belonging of young people both male and female, ages 16+. Our practice specialises in providing young people 24-hour placements alongside intensive professional support services. We specialise in providing short and long-term support and emergency placements.
